Welcome to Revive Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. By booking our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Services Offered
Revive Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning provides residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Carpet Cleaning
Upholstery Cleaning
Tile And Grout Cleaning
Carpet Stretching And Patching
Realtor Services
2. Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, online, or in-person.
We require accurate details about the space and conditions to give an accurate quote.
The Client must ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
Failure to provide access may result in a service fee.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on the size of the area, condition, and scope of service.
Any quote provided prior to inspection is an estimate only.
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
Emergency rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances will be accommodated where possible.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
We may offer a free re-cleaning of the affected area, subject to review.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we take the utmost care with all furniture and fabrics,
Revive Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is not liable for: Pre-existing damage or deterioration of fabrics or carpets.
Damage caused by furniture with weak construction or delicate materials.
Dye migration or shrinkage due to manufacturer defects or prior improper cleaning.
The Client is responsible for informing us of any special cleaning requirements or fragile items.
7. Health & Safety
Our cleaning methods are safe and eco-friendly.
Clients should keep children and pets away from the cleaning area until it is fully dry.
We are not responsible for any accidents due to wet floors or damp upholstery after service.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Revive Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service if:
Unsafe working conditions are present.
The Client is abusive or unreasonable.
The condition of the space is beyond the scope of regular cleaning (e.g., biohazards, excessive hoarding).
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service-related communication and billing purposes.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are performed.
